Once a batch is release-ready, its finished media can be uploaded to stock platforms. Post-production tracks that final step too — which platforms, and how each upload is going.
Providers and submission targets
A stock provider is a platform you publish to — Adobe Stock, Shutterstock, Pond5, and so on — each marked for photo, video, or both. A submission target is one batch paired with one provider: the record of "these photos, going to Adobe Stock".
When a batch reaches release-ready, ShootHive creates a target for every provider that matches its media kind — so the upload work is laid out for you, not assembled by hand.
Tracking upload status
Each target moves through its own status — pending, uploading, uploaded, failed, retry later, or skipped — so a batch can be published to some platforms while still outstanding on others. Every target is tracked independently.
Sharing the work
Each target has its own uploader, and a target can be assigned to any team member, where it appears in their personal queue. So uploading is shared across the team rather than done by one person, with each uploader recording their own count and status.
