The dashboard is the first screen you see in ShootHive. It's a snapshot — the numbers that matter, the work coming up, and shortcuts to the things you do most.
Key numbers and what's next
Cards along the top count what's live in your studio — shoots, projects, crew bookings, and budgets — so you read the workload at a glance, with a small pulse of recent activity.
Below them, the dashboard lists your upcoming shoots and active projects, each linking straight to its page, so you jump into whatever is next.
Quick actions
Quick actions are shortcuts to the things teams start most often — create a shoot, create a project, invite a teammate, edit the company profile — without hunting through the menu.
Getting started
While a studio is new, a getting-started card walks through the first setup steps and checks each one off automatically: add your team, add a client, add a location, create a project, schedule a shoot.
It disappears once every step is done, and you can reopen it any time.
