Stock sales

Stock photographers earn across several agencies, each with its own export format and its own portal. ShootHive reads those earnings reports and brings them into one revenue view, so you can see what each agency actually paid you, month by month, without stitching spreadsheets together. ShootHive keeps only the figures it reads — it does not store your report file, so keep your original exports.

One revenue view across agencies

You download the earnings or royalty report from each agency the way you already do, and upload it to ShootHive. It detects the format automatically and normalizes Adobe Stock, iStock / Getty and Shutterstock exports into a single table.

Revenue is totalled by provider, account and month and broken down by media type, grouped by currency. Amounts are shown exactly as the agency paid you — there is no currency conversion, so each currency is summed on its own.

Safe, repeatable imports

Agency exports often overlap — the same month appears in two downloads, or a mid-month export is supplied again later. ShootHive recognizes rows it has already read and skips them, so re-importing is always safe and never double-counts.

Every import shows a clear result: how many rows were imported, updated, already present, or could not be read, with the reason for each skipped row.

Key terms

Stock provider
A stock-photo or video agency such as Adobe Stock, iStock or Shutterstock.
Earnings report
The file an agency lets you download that lists what you were paid.

Common questions

Which agencies are supported?

The first release reads Adobe Stock downloads, iStock / Getty royalty statements, and Shutterstock monthly earnings. Each agency exports a different format, and ShootHive normalizes them into one revenue view.
