Scheduling
The calendar
The calendar is one view of everything happening across your studio — shoots, tentative holds, and the time your team has marked off. It's where a producer answers the question: what's happening, and when.
Five views of one schedule
The same schedule reads five ways: Month for the broad picture, Week and Day for times of day, Team for a row per producer to see who's loaded, and List for a plain chronological scan.
Events are colour-coded, and you can filter by status, project, or location to focus on the slice you care about. Filters carry over as you switch views.
Rescheduling by drag
Plans change. Drag a shoot to a new day or time straight on the calendar — no need to open it — and confirm the move.
In the Team view, dragging a shoot from one producer's row to another reassigns who's running it.
Reminding crew
From a shoot you can send its crew a reminder of the upcoming day. The notification bell highlights shoots you produce that haven't been reminded yet, so nothing slips.
Reminders reach crew who have a login and haven't turned shoot emails off. Crew without an account are still booked and tracked — they just aren't emailed.
