Locations
Locations is where you keep the studios, sets, and on-location addresses your shoots take place at. Each location carries its address, a media gallery, and the working files that belong to it — and it's reusable, so a studio you shoot at often is set up once.
What a location holds
A location record holds the place's name, address, map coordinates, and notes. Attach it to a shoot and those details travel with the shoot.
Locations are grouped by type — Studio, Outdoor, Private residence — from a catalog you define, so a long list stays filterable.
The media gallery
Each location has a curated gallery of photos and videos that show what the place looks like. Upload images, caption them, and reorder them; one is the cover — the thumbnail shown wherever the location appears.
The gallery shows off the place; a separate files area holds working documents — floor plans, permits, location releases. Same upload, different purpose.
