A clearer week and day calendar

The Week and Day views now lay shoots out hour by hour, like a daily planner — each shoot sits at its real time of day, so you can see when work starts and where the gaps are. The view opens on the hours that actually have shoots and hides the empty stretches, with a Show all 24 hours toggle when you want the whole day. Drag a shoot to another day or time, click an empty slot to add one, and mark time off — vacation, sick, unavailable — straight from a day's header. Completed shoots stay locked in place.
